Danielle’ “Dani” Parks started out in the workforce as a substitute Special Education Teacher. She I loved helping kids who had educational challenges – Danielle’ was there to help them, but really, they were the ones who taught her so many important things like patience, compassion, and gratitude. These attributes spilled over to her career as an Agent in Real Estate.

Dani’s personality and knowledge of the area fit the Real Estate Sales Agent profile to a tee. In 2002 she earned her license, and after her first transaction, she knew this was her thing! Dani absolutely loved every part of helping people find their real estate “matches.”

Danielle’s area of coverage extends across the Inland Empire, surrounding cities, beach communities, and relocation. She works with clients who buy and sell the luxury market, midrange, entry-level, and investment flip properties. She also works with property development and Green Energy. Danielle’ is an integral part of Agent Capital as an expert in raising capital, deal flow, and as a Board Member. Short Sales and Reo’s. Danielle’ is also trained in the Commercial arena.
